# Who does what

> The roles involved in a Brikks property project.

| Participant                        | Main responsibility                                                                                            |
| ---------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Property issuer or project company | Holds the project rights and owes the obligations stated in the project terms.                                 |
| Developer                          | Plans and builds the property, contributes the disclosed stake, and requests payments for verified work.       |
| Investors                          | Provide capital under the stated terms and receive the corresponding participation rights.                     |
| Property buyers                    | Purchase completed units under separate property sale agreements. Holding Brikks does not itself convey title. |
| Reviewers                          | Check the evidence assigned to their role, such as costs, construction progress, or closing records.           |
| Custodian and payment providers    | Hold or move funds under their applicable agreements and controls.                                             |
| theSite                            | Provides the discovery, project information, and application experience.                                       |

Roles can be performed by different legal entities. The project terms must name the actual parties and identify conflicts of interest.
