# Current status and verification

> Understand what the public repository demonstrates and what remains proposed.

These docs describe an intended operating model. The [public theSite repository](https://github.com/danielAsaboro/theSite) contains application and protocol code, local tests, and setup instructions. Local evidence does not establish a live offering, real property, legal title transfer, or production custody.

| Application backing and exit | The README labels the financial application flows as simulated or disabled; they do not settle real capital.                                                            |
| Solana market                | Local integration binds a project to a Meteora DBC lifecycle, including migration and trading tests. It does not establish a production property funding route.         |
| EVM participation            | The local protocol can accept test stablecoins, mint restricted receipts, gate milestone drawdowns, escrow and burn unit receipts, and pay a committed settlement list. |
| Whole-unit purchase          | A token burn is implemented locally. Verified purchase credit and legal conveyance are separate requirements that are not established by that burn.                     |
| Settlement economics         | Current claim checks prevent certain duplicate or altered claims. They do not independently derive the complete payout list from all project rights and proceeds.       |
