# Terms used in these docs

> A short reference for funding, construction, and settlement language.

| Term             | Meaning                                                                                            |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Brikk            | A proposed project participation unit whose actual rights depend on that project's approved terms. |
| Foundation Set   | A funding or market condition. It does not mean the physical foundation has been built.            |
| Site Update      | A report about physical work and its supporting evidence.                                          |
| Draw Request     | A request to release project funds for a specified work package or permitted advance.              |
| Red Flag         | A material issue requiring disclosure, review, or a defined resolution step.                       |
| Closeout         | Reconciliation and satisfaction of project claims after a successful project or recovery.          |
| Eligible supply  | Units that participate in a particular distribution under the relevant terms and record date.      |
| Market liquidity | Assets available for trading. It is separate from the project's spendable construction funds.      |
