# Fees, developer stake, and revenue

A developer's contributed cash is different from a promise to contribute later. Land or development rights need documented transfer and independent valuation. A deferred fee reduces immediate compensation but is not the same protection as cash held for the project.

If a Meteora market is used, its trading fees, creator/partner fees, migration proceeds, and post-migration liquidity rights are separate from property sale proceeds. Publish a consolidated cost view so the same role is not paid through several unexplained channels.
