| Red Flag | A material issue requiring disclosure, review, or a defined resolution step. |
| Closeout | Reconciliation and satisfaction of project claims after a successful project or recovery. |
| Eligible supply | Units that participate in a particular distribution under the relevant terms and record date. |
| Market liquidity | Assets available for trading. It is separate from the project’s spendable construction funds. |
